Today, AOL has finally launched their new AOL Real Estate site which is powered by listings from Move, Inc. via their ListHub syndication network. AOL will now feature homes for sale, new construction, recent solds, foreclosures and off market listings while ForRent.com appears to continue powering their rental search. In January 2011, Move and AOL signed the agreement for Move to be the exclusive listings provider of AOL Real Estate homes, finally launching today.
Now, the scoreboard for real estate search companies powering mega sites is:

According to Move, they are offering real estate professionals higher visibility through the AOL network with a Showcase Listing Enhancement which includes ?expanded agent and office information, up to 25 photos, full motion videos, open house alerts, banners, and expanded property descriptions.?
