Say hello to the K?s! This lovely family welcomed me into their home a few weeks ago to photograph the newest addition to the family, baby Julian. Photographing newborns are great ? they are these amazing little things ? plus it gives me another excuse to work with my partner, Cloudfish Designs, on totally adorable birth announcements! (I really loved this announcement by the way ? classic and adorable!)
I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into their house, and you could feel the excitement emanating from this adorable family! I was instantly greeted by their beautiful dog, Stella (when you see the photos of Stella, you will agree that?s the perfect name for her!), and Jack, their energetic 2 year old who was just ecstatic for me to be there! These guys were total naturals in front of the camera; I love when I?m able to just take a step back, let my clients be themselves, and really observe what?s going on.
Of course there were lots of laughs and awes throughout the shoot, but we really had a great time! Baby Julian was the perfect little model (I just couldn?t get over all that hair! Such a cutie!), Jack was an adorable ball of energy, and of course Stella got some extra special attention (well deserved I?m sure).
Thanks again for having me photograph Baby Julian?s debut into this fun family! Congratulations again, K family, on your new bundle of joy!
