Tech giant Apple, Inc. (NYSE:AAPL) will be introducing its new operating systems and MacBook Pros at this year's WorldWide Developer's Conference but iPhone 5 will not be among the surprises.
The WWDC is the annual event when Apple developers convene. The event will be held in June.
Even if the iPhone 5 will not be shown in the event, it is positive that Apple will drop hints and tease people about the details of the highly-anticipated device. However, it is expected that the Cupertino-based company will unveil the new operating system for the iPhone and iPad, the new map software and the upgraded iCloud.
Apple's own map system will feature real and realistic images. Last year, the company purchased the C3 Technologies in order to remove Google Maps on its mobile operating system. It is speculated that C3 built their mapping system using declassified missile guidance data, making their renderings unbelievably realistic.
There is still no concrete information about the iOS 6 and updated iCloud. There is a tendency that the iCloud will be released as a beta. There are rumors that iCloud will now include Reminders and Notes in its iCloud.com. Wall Street Journal reported that Apple is also working on an Instagram-like photo sharing service exclusively for iCloud users. There are also reports that Apple will be launching is new Mac operating system Mountain Lion.
