The Global Foundation Democracy and Development (GFDD) reported that through the Caribbean Basin program, the Colombian Institute of Credit and Technical Studies Abroad (ICETEX) will offer five creative writing scholarships for doctorates and master's specialization in Colombia. Through this program the Caribbean Basin, ICETEX grant provides financial assistance to foreign citizens, in return for international cooperation received by Colombia under educational exchange agreements. Seats are not available for professionals over 35 years of age who have bachelor's degree (or college degree) in various disciplines and who have high academic quality and professional experience at least one year in their field of study. Course Workshop Fiction Books, the only creative writing course in Spain offered jointly by publishers and literary agents, is pleased to announce that, under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, Government of Spain, is able to offer its students three scholarships covering 40% of course fees.
